Canale's pizzas are made from Anna's dough recipe, made fresh daily. Our plain pizza is made with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. The available toppings are listed below. If there is something you would like on your pizza and it is in our kitchen we will be happy to put it on for you. Canale's is also noted for their white pizza. It has garlic and butter in place of the tomato sauce. Each pizza is hand stretched and baked the way you like in our large deck ovens. Every pizza is finished on the stone deck to give it just the right crispness. Calzone's come with traditional sauce and mozzarella cheese. Ricotta cheese can be added as a topping.
